Once purchased, HYROX 2.0 is yours for lifetime access in the MBP Training app. You can repeat the plan or revisit sessions anytime.
Is this plan personalised to me?
HYROX 2.0 is a structured, proven programme rather than a fully custom plan. If you’d like bespoke training tailored to your race date, ability, and specific race goals, we recommend our 1:1 Coaching option.
