Runners! Strength training no longer needs to fall by the way side, become monotonous or impact your running.
Our year-round strength programme will become an integral part of your training (not a ‘side dish’) helping you BUILD in your off season and PEAK in your race season!
Strong Runners Blueprint (SRB) is designed to develop your running performance and your resilience to injury. Through our proven methods combining plyometric work, strength development and targeted work capacity, you will improve your power, strength and stride efficiency. Whether your chasing a race PB or looking to tread into new distance territories, this programme will provide you with the tools to help achieve your goal!
What to expect:
– Plyometric exposure and ground contacts throughout the week
– Absolute strength development in line with strength benchmarks
– Strength endurance blocks to develop your body for the demands of running
– Educational content in the form of group webinars and access to world-class coaches
With 3 gym-based sessions each week, SRB will ensure your strength training doesn’t impact your running. Every session is designed to be completed within 45-60 minutes, and is suitable to complete in any standard gym.
How is the programme delivered?
SRB is delivered via our coaching app. Upon sign up, you will immediately receive a link to download our app and access your programme. Your workouts will be there in your calendar each week, where you’ll be able to log your weights and progress, before letting the team know how you got on via the community chat group! If you miss a session, you’ll be able to scroll back and complete this anytime.

The Strong Runners Blueprint monthly strength programme requires that you have experience and confidence to perform the following movement patterns; lunge, hinge, squat, push and pull.
The Strong Runners Blueprint bolt-on training plans [5km, 10km, Half Marathon & Full Marathon] are suitable for runners of varying abilities, however we recommend that you are confident and comfortable running 5-10km+. It would be advantageous, but not essential, if you have some experience of interval/tempo sessions.
Stay accountable and motivated via our global STRONG RUNNERS community group – connect and build relationships with others on the programme, meet like-minded runners and enjoy being part of an ambitious tribe! The team will also be on hand to answer questions and ensure you feel supported throughout your journey.
