After stepping away from competitive sport due to injury, Harvey moved into coaching with a clear aim - to use his own experiences of training, performance and rehab to build better systems for the people he worked with. Through his own athletic achievements and more than 15 years working as both a coach and clinician, Harvey’s work has supported thousands of runners, athletes, and driven individuals, developing a deep understanding of how to accelerate performance through training. Harvey co-founded The Movement Blueprint with Brand Director Sarah, building a global community of athletes dedicated to training with purpose. As an educator, Harvey created the MBP Coaches Education Hub to equip coaches with the tools, knowledge, and mentorship to excel in their careers.

Sarah is the Co-Founder and Brand Director of The Movement Blueprint. With a decade of experience across multiple areas of business and marketing - from product development and advertising, to sports nutrition and talent management - Sarah co-founded MBP with one clear mission: to build a brand with purpose. MBP has grown into a global brand dedicated to its core values: Educate, Empower, Elevate. Sarah remains focused on ensuring that value, integrity, and community are at the heart of everything the brand delivers. Outside of work, Sarah is a dedicated marathon runner, bringing her passion for endurance sport and performance into every aspect of MBP’s growth.
