What if I can only train 3-4 days a week?

We’ve got you covered. Each week includes optional sessions so you can adapt TRAIN to your schedule without missing the essentials.

How is TRAIN delivered?

Through the MBP Training app, where you’ll get detailed workouts, exercise demos, and direct access to your coaches and community.

I don’t have access to a few pieces of equipment - can I still join?

Yes! Ask for alternatives in the in-app chat group and we’ll provide options based on what you have available

I’m new to running - will this be too advanced?

TRAIN includes scalable conditioning sessions. While running experience helps, it’s not essential, and you’ll improve your running safely over time.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No contract, cancel anytime. We’re confident you’ll want to stay once you see the results.
