Follow every session inside the MBP app with demo videos, coaching tips, and race-week guidance to keep you focused from week one to the start line. Includes options for both OPEN and PRO competitors.

Is this program suitable for first-time HYROX athletes?

Our HYROX program is suitable for first-time competitors, however you’ll need competence in key movement patterns (squat, hinge, push, pull, lunge, carry). Our 10-week plan is most suited to those with a HYROX race under their belt, and returning to chase faster PBs - or runners / functional athletes crossing into HYROX.

Is this suitable for seasoned competitors?

Absolutely. The program has built-in progression options and advanced challenges for seasoned athletes. Extra work and race-specific pacing sessions are included so experienced competitors can push harder.

Do I need access to all HYROX equipment?

You’ll ideally need access to the following equipment, however if something isn’t available to you, you can request alternative exercises through our coaching support in-app: • Sled • Assault Runner / Technogym Skillmill / Woodway / Treadmill • Rower / SkiErg / BikeErg / Echo Bike / Assault Bike • Barbell / Squat Rack • Kettlebells / Dumbbells • Lifting Straps • Rings / TRX • Machines: Leg Extension / Leg Curl / Smith Machine / Bent Knee Calf

Can I follow this plan alongside other training?

To get the best results, we recommend making HYROX your primary training focus for 10 weeks. If you want to add extra running or lifting, we can guide you on how to adjust volume and intensity.

How long do I keep access to the plan?

Once purchased, HYROX is yours for lifetime access in the MBP Training app. You can repeat the plan or revisit sessions anytime.
