Designed by Harvey Lawton and refined across hundreds of athletes and multiple HYROX seasons, this program covers everything you need in one place: running, strength, conditioning, pacing, and recovery - delivered with clear progression so you peak at the right time. Follow every session inside the MBP app with demo videos, coaching tips, and race-week guidance to keep you focused from week one to the start line. Includes options for both OPEN and PRO competitors.
