Lewis is a leading Injury Rehabilitation & Performance Specialist and founder of @the_rehabspace. Having worked as an Exercise Rehabilitation Instructor at the Ministry of Defence, Lewis carries fantastic expertise and knowledge within the rehab sector, specifically around lower limb and running injuries.

On Tuesday 13th May, Lewis will be delivering an insightful webinar inside the MBP Coaches Education Hub entitled Bone Stress Injuries: Signs, Symptoms & Return To Run.

Within the session, Lewis will cover what bone stress injuries are, how you can recognise symptoms early, and what to do to both manage and prevent bone stress injuries with clients.
