What a day! Bringing together our online community to test their fitness, meet new people and throw it down!
If you’ve never been to Farm Fitness in Essex, picture world-class training facilities on an expensive farm, with stunning views for miles.. Then add a wellness area, outdoor rigs, vendors, music and 50+ teams and you’ve got yourself an incredible day out!
Across all 5 workouts, Team MBP did themselves and the community hugely proud. PBs and good vibes were flying high from start to finish. A big shout out to our athletes and to Farm Fitness for an incredible event!
The Workouts
There were five workouts to complete across the day – everything from a front squat 3RM, tyre flips, synchro dumbbell complexes, the worm, running over hay bales, and some serious erg grunt work! From the off, our team quickly calculated everyone’s strengths and divided the workouts up accordingly.
PBs For The Team
Across the day, our athletes saw front squat and deadlift PBs, smashed through the unacquainted movements (tyre flips included) and pushed themselves to leave everything out there for the team!
The Power Of Community
Team days out go beyond just the physical competition. Yesterday saw six like-minded people come together and build new friendships through fitness. Building our community is truly at the heart of our mission at The Movement Blueprint, and being able to unite people with shared goals and similar mindsets is truly a powerful thing.
