Bringing together members of our online community to compete at National Fitness Games in Loughborough. For some it was their first time on a competition floor, for others it was an opportunity to put months of hard work to the test, and for most it was a day of meeting new like-minded people – who’d soon become friends.

Community, effort and support are 3 pillars we champion at MBP, and seeing each of our athletes leave absolutely everything out there on the competition floor for their team was nothing short of incredible. Huge congratulations to all of our athletes, and to National Fitness Games on an epic day of fitness!

The energy, the support, the performances, the graft, the PBs and the team spirit encapsulated everything The Movement Blueprint stands for. All teams met on the morning of the event, having never trained together in-person. Events such as this one are a great representation of how we can bring people together through fitness!

Goal-Driven Training

Everyone who competed is an active members of MBP, following either one of our group training plans or a 1-1 Bespoke Coaching programme. Each individual here continually shows up, puts the work in and shows incredible dedication to their training and performance development. NFG was a great opportunity to put their hard work to the test, in a strong and competitive environment.


For us, enjoyment needs to sit at the heart of everything we do. When people enjoy training day in, day out, when they feel challenged, and when they feel part of a tribe of like-minded people – incredible things happen. We saw a huge number of PB’s across the day, which we know each individual felt incredibly proud of!
